The Basics

  • Basic Billable Services begin at $500 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Post-production, shipping and handling of content, and other required services will be added to the final rate as needed.  Please see our Upfront Pricing Models below.
  • Rates are negotiable for schools, religious organizations, charitable / social organizations, or veterans groups. Scope of work will determine any negotiated rates and Client will be quoted during inquiries. 
  • Content that falls within the jurisdiction of SAG/AFTRA or other creative Unions will increase fees for Actors, Background Actors, Crew, and Union Contract negotiation.
  • NFW is not available from Friday sundown through Saturday sundown. These times will vary based on Daylight Savings or Standard Time. NFW is otherwise available at all hours of the day within reasonable and legal times.
  • Services require a 50% deposit in advance, payable by credit or debit card, CashApp or Venmo, or Cashier's Check. Final payment must be received before product will be released. 
  • All content will be emailed or otherwise sent electronically to Client unless otherwise specified.  USB (Thumb) Drives available for an additional fee.
  • NFW will arrange for print services with our multiple photographic partners. Additional fees required for Shipping and Handling.
  • Permits, street closures, security, and other arrangements with government officials are often required. These fees are the sole responsibility of the client and may require payment in advance.
  • Should the customer decline to continue services, 50% of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. If NFW is unable to complete services, customer will receive a full refund of deposit.
  • Should weather or other uncontrolled issues arise, customer may reschedule services at the sole discretion of Owner. Cancellation policy above will otherwise apply.
  • NFW reserves the right to use portions from all footage for marketing purposes, with exception to anything of a private nature.  Within reason, all video footage will include the "NFW Watermark".
  • All persons appearing on-camera for narrative or documentary video projects must be willing to sign a Release Form. No Exceptions.
  • Other conditions and stipulations of our work will be outlined on contracts.
  • NFW reserves the right to reject projects that we believe to be obscene, or may otherwise bring ill-repute to our company.  We must also reject any anti-religious and anti-America projects.

Commercials

Showcase your brand or business with expert commercial production.  Once finished, we leave the product in your hands for your use on social media or other outlets.  We will develop your brand on film from shoot, editing, color correction, music (non-licensed content only!) and release.

$500 for non-broadcast (no TV or Cable) including (1) one hour post-production, music and voiceover.

**Additional fees required for on-camera actors, location fees, and for broadcast use commercials.

Our EXCLUSIVE Real Estate Packages

Increase visibility of your listed homes with expert photography and videos! (Packages can be upgraded as needed)

  • Basic: Up to 12 Full Color Photos of the interior and exterior - $100

  • Basic Plus: Basic plus one (1) Drone Photo of the house and grounds - $200

  • Intermedia: 30 Second Walking video of the interior and exterior with a steady-camera, suitable for YouTube or Facebook post - $500** Additional fees required for Instagram / Tiktok / Facebook Reels (Portrait Video)

  • Intermedia Plus:  1 Minute video with Drone video added - $500

  • The Big Time:  Up to 5 minute video including drone, descriptive voiceover, music - $1500

  • Top Ranked Package:  Up to 30 minutes of video including drone, voiceover and / or sales person on camera - $2500 **Additional fees for a professional on camera host / hostess. 

Events

From church parties, memorials, funerals - your event is precious to you, and we will give it the respect and attention to detail you expect from a professional media company.
