Services and Basics

• All Services will be quoted during inquiries. We will work with Small Businesses and personal (non-commercial) clients.

• NFW is not available for work from Friday sundown through Saturday sundown. These times will vary based on Daylight Savings or Standard Time.

• Services require a 50% deposit in advance, payable by cash or credit / debit, or Cashier's Check. Final payment must be received before product will be released.

• Additional fees for permits, street closures, security, and travel outside Newberry City, etc. are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final invoice.

• Should the customer decline to continue services, 50% of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. If NFW is unable to complete services, customer will receive a full refund of deposit.

• Should weather or other uncontrolled issues arise, customer may reschedule services at the sole discretion of Owner. Cancellation policy above will otherwise apply.

• NFW reserves the right to use portions from all footage for marketing purposes.

• All persons appearing on-camera for narrative or documentary video projects must be willing to sign a Release or release their image without compensation. No Exceptions.

• Other conditions and stipulations of our work will be outlined on contracts.

• Currently we do not offer wedding videography.

• We must reject projects of an adult or profane nature.
